We’re a fully remote, async‑first team distributed worldwide. Our culture is built for focus and flexibility—fewer meetings, clear written communication, and autonomy over your day. We gather in person once a year for a two‑day global meetup to connect, build trust, and have fun. Leaders and teammates are accessible: candidates typically meet our CEO, Glenn, and for engineering, our CTO, Lars, during the process.
