Dockwa's mission is to grow boating. We do this by helping marinas acquire new boaters, deliver excellent customer experiences and become operationally efficient.

Dockwa is part of the the Wanderlust Group which was founded in 2014. The Wanderlust Group is an outdoor technology company composed of Dockwa, Marinas.com, and Campouts.com. We believe that the world is a better place when people are able to spend time outdoors, connected to nature and each other. To support this mission, we are building the infrastructure of the outdoors -- a marketplace and technology platform that connects adventurers to destinations and helps those destinations grow. You’ll find our apps and software used by more than 250,000 people, across 15,000 destinations in more than 30 countries. We are a remote-first company with home-base offices in Newport, RI, and Cambridge, MA.

We match big aspirations with a sharp focus

We believe we have the opportunity to become the tech infrastructure of the outdoors and we can’t squander that. To that end, we rigorously prioritize our work and create tight pods to address new areas.

We have a four-day work week

We believe in the value of time spent away from screens, so we ask our team to be offline on Mondays. It’s not without exception. Occasionally there is a major company or customer event for which we need our team to be on during a Monday. We also staff support so that there are no interruptions in support, but the support team is still able to have shortened weeks. But aside from these circumstances and emergencies, Mondays are typically off.

We don’t limit vacation days

Regular time away from work is important. We have no caps to our vacation time, we just ask that you act responsibly with your work and communicate with your team in taking it.

We are remote

We are all wanderers, so you can work from anywhere in the United States (where we’re legally able to hire).
