Who we are
Founded in 2015, Climate Advocacy Lab (the Lab) is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to equipping the U.S. climate movement with evidence-based insights, skills, and connections. Our mission is to build durable power and win equitable solutions by supporting over 1,500 U.S. and Puerto Rico climate organisations. We pride ourselves on our commitment to justice and equity and on fostering a culture of learning, testing, and sharing across sectors.
What we do
The Climate Advocacy Lab provides a comprehensive suite of resources, including consulting, training, and technical assistance, to empower climate groups to run more effective campaigns. We focus on enhancing the impact of digital strategies, data tools, and grassroots organizing, ensuring that our partners can adapt to the rapidly evolving digital and data landscapes. Our work is guided by the principles of justice and equity, aiming to support frontline and community-based organizations that face real constraints in their efforts to leverage these tools.

We operate as a fully remote team, with staff members across the U.S. working together to foster a strong, multiracial, cross-class climate movement.
