Our team

We are a fully remote, async-first team that values autonomy, deep work, and craftsmanship. We hire from our community and open-source contributors, and we reward initiative over attendance. Many roles operate across US time zones, with teammates spread across the USA, Latin America, South America, and Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering, ship impactful features like Cal Atoms and platform APIs, and do your best work without micromanagement or unnecessary meetings.
