We have an exciting job opportunity for a Redeployment Coordinator and this opportunity could be for you! You'll be a vital part of managing the redeployment process, making sure it's fair, consistent, and follows policy. You'll give ongoing coaching and support to help employees confidently take their next career steps and provide upskilling to our hiring manager and HR community. Your main day to day tasks will include: · Manage the Redeployment Register, working with local HR teams and affected employees to keep everything accurate and up to date · Help redeployees through coaching, CV prep and interview workshops to prepare them for new opportunities · Build great relationships across HR and helping them understand redeployment policies and responsibilities · Create and deliver guides and workshops for different customers · Always look for ways to make our service better and help put positive changes into action. What you’ll need: · Experience in managing processes · Great at communicating and influencing skills · organised with excellent attention to detail · Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focussed environment with high volumes · ability to meet challenging deadlines · Intermediate stakeholder management skills · Coaching skills · Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation · Understands how to work with the business to identify, develop and implement appropriate resourcing solutions. This role can be offered as a Secondment or Fixed Term opportunity for 12 months, with the potential to become permanent. For this role you need to live within 75 minutes of The Quadrant in Milton Keynes. Remote working opportunity! this role requires working in the office 2/3 days a week
